This company is terrible. They are completely unsuited to fixing internal Heating units as they never have any of the parts in stock, and then the parts take weeks to arrive. The customer service is terrible and eventually after complaining to them about the service we recieved they simply refused to engage with us. This is after spending hundreds of pounds to try and fix our heating unit which is still not fixed after 3 months. How can you say that you are a specialist in this area when you comletely failed to fix a simple heating unit. To then accuse a customer of being rude just because they are unhappy with your service is disgraceful. Appalling company, do not use them.
