I’m afraid David didn’t turn up. He said he’d be there this morning so I arrived at the house build first thing in morning expecting him anytime before 12pm but he never showed up. I’ve called him 10 times and left him messages. Not even so much as a text reply and I waited all day for him without any heating. What a let down. Even if he were busy or working on an emergency, it doesn’t take 8 hours just to check in. Not recommended.

Paid for Quooker tap to be fitted at a cost of £1500, the tap that was fitted can be bought for £279. Promised to replace it but haven’t seen him since nor has he refunded the money as promised.

1 star is too much, it should be no stars. After having several conversations with Dave, and offering him work, received all documents, we were let down with a massive BANG! I had a boiler install booked with him for an elderly couple that had been without heating or hot water for a week and he said that he would drop work to do this for us, ONE BIG LIE!! Doesnt even return calls, DO NOT TRUST!!

Used him for some work. Seemed good but did an awful job and then wouldnt returns call.

I Thought I had found a reliable gas fitter did not come day we arranged then tried to say he was ill right before Christmas and wanted me to leave it till after Christmas had I not paid for the boiler I would have got someone else I was very upset said he would come and do it although he had been up all night being sick however within an hour he was eating bacon butties as suspected he just didn’t want to do the job after a couple of weeks I started to have problems with the boiler I called left a mes he knew I had called as he text me to say he was still working two days later still had not called to see what the problem i then text him again to which he ignored and I ended up having to call him from a number he did not know and even then he wanted to know by text who it was so when I said I needed to speak to him about a job well he was soon on the phone calling me back we’ll what a disgraceful way to treat good paying customers He won’t be doing the service that’s for shore
