Borthwick Heating

Reported to Gas Safe for a unsafe installation of boiler.

This coming is the worst company Ive ever come across and it comes from the director Mr Borthwick, who literally doesnt care.

There operatives came out and replaced my 91 year old grandmothers boiler, and within 1 day she started seeing water dripping through her ceiling.

This company had fitted the condenser pipe incorrectly and the water from the bpoiler was lieteally flooding her house.

It took them 3 months to answer the compalint and when they did they refused to come out to look at the work and accepted zero responsibility.

They should be ashamed of themselves treating a terminal ill 91 year old women like this.

I reported this to the owner Mr Borthwick who replied stating he will let Gas Safe deal with it.

Stay clear of these rogue traders.

They have really upset me ! They never showed me how to set up or use my central heating system gave me no paperwork or helped me at all! I phone numerous times and they lied about saying someone would come and sort it send me instructions etc damaged my property the thermostat doesn’t work the whole system is on all the time and still no one has helped me they ignored my phone call emails photos they said to put a fault in n the system and photos which I did and still no one has helped me they have treated me so badly and upset me and they just rushed it got payed for the work and don’t care what they have done and no one ever rings me back! I hope people read this review because they are terrible how they tread people and I’m so unhappy with the work and would never recommend them to anyone!

engineer was fine however it’s 3 weeks since last fault and that was on installation now leaking water from boiler since 21/5 pm emails and telephone calls I question how is leaking water not a priority on a new boiler customer service !!!!!
