I bought my first property 2 years ago and when I needed to replace my 2 large bay I couldnt be happier then working with John Ellis and his team at Pro Line Window, who I chosen to carry the work out after researching and getting several quotes


From start to finish it was absolute pleasure working with them.

Initially giving me all the I information about their product and explaining the whole process, answering my questions and giving me extra tips on maintenance. I received very clear and fair quote (with no extras or surprises down the line, although they got nasty surprise from my building themselves (one of the roofs - covered in fiberglass - above the window wasnt attached to the building! only resting on the old rotting window. They were able to address this rather alarming issue that popped up)

They have also obtained planning permission on my behalf (which wasnt straight forward either as my property is in AOANB)

The quality of the windows is superb! as well as their workmanship.

Their level of care, service, honesty, friendly and personal approach is beyond exceptional and made the whole process, which could have been stressful costly nightmare feel easy.

When I am ready to change my font doors I am looking forward working with them again.
