Terrible from the start.

They just Sub contract out the work to roofers who didn’t show and leave the area in a complete mess.

Currently here completing a new roof and the driveway and garden is absolutely disgusting with cigarette butts everywhere, rubbish everywhere and they have consistently left nails and screws all over out gravel driveway, how we haven’t got a puncture yet I don’t know. We have brought up these issues and nothing has been done.

No care and attention whatsoever ever. After the first sub contracted lot had finished, Seeco sent two guys here and one of them was off every hour drinking beer! They got rid of him pretty quick but the next lot are the ones leaving the place in a pigsty. We are now on our 6th set of “roofing teams” and they’re all as bad as each other. Going home early, randomly not turning up.

We contacted them regarding all this many times to the point where the manager Steve was just ignoring our calls. Eventually after a strongly written email the owner of the company came down and apologised and said he would get sorted but nothing has improved at all. He actually said this is some of the worst work he’s ever seen. Also, each team seem to be saying the same thing!

The actual quality of work isn’t great, they’ve had to re tile parts of the roof 4 times now because it’s so bad and even then, not as expected. Was due to finish this week (after being 5 weeks late already) but once again, not completed and the team didn’t turn up Friday as one of them went away for a long weekend. We are now out of pocket as we are paying extra for the scaffolding and it’s now holding up other work. Absolute joke.

The whole company is run diabolically.

DO NOT USE.

We are considering legal action.

Would not use again. We used as they were the best price, should have gone with someone more professional for sure.

I’m not one to leave a bad review and always try to deal with the company direct but as this has failed on many occasions with no improvement or action being taken, I’ve decided to do this instead.
