Awful company, would avoid at all costs. My grandmother spent over £2000 on a new roof and was told it had a 15 year guarantee only for it to leak within 6 weeks. A few different people from the company came out and bodged it but didn’t fix it. This has left her with damp in her walls and a roof that needs fixing once again. She has been in touch with the company over and over to be told that people will be coming out to look and nobody ever does. They have taken full advantage of an elderly lady.

Had them to remove reseat and point existing ridge tiles and change 3 velux windows as well as replace 2 felt by roofs. Mr Gardener was insistent on having cash up front he never wrote down what work he was carrying out and verbally promised the earth whilst delivering considerably less. He never reseated the ridges only pointed them up. He even moved the goalposts on price over some of the jobs he said we hadnt mentioned before. This was untrue. He used sub contractors to carry out all the work. After several months one of the flat roofs leaked and I text him constantly for two weeks without success. I am taking legal action against this man I wouldnt use him again or wouldnt recommend him to anyone else
