We’ve been building and maintaining properties for our customers in the UK since 2004. Offices, houses, apartments, shopfitting – from small maintenance jobs to complete builds.

Over the years, we have grown into a team that can offer expertise in all areas of maintenance, decoration and construction. We have become a one stop solution for homeowners, property agents, landlords and business owners.

Present

From its origins in 2004 as a one man and his van, All Trade Property Services has become a successful company with maintenance contracts with numerous estate agents, landlords, homeowners and companies in Bristol. Today, it is a thriving business with office staff and a friendly team of qualified technicians. All Trade Property Services deal with home owners, landlords, estate agents and business owners everyday. We are true to our name ALL TRADE, when we say we can take on any project, no matter how small or big. From carpet laying to building houses, we can, and do, it all.

As the maintenance and construction industry focuses more on sustainability, regulation and cost-effectiveness, we are constantly implementing new ideas and changing the way in which we work, We are registered with a number of professional organisations including The Environment Agency, the NICEIC, the Gas Safe Register, FENSA, The Federation of Master Builders, HETAS, CHAS and The Living Wage Foundation.
