We are based in Dorset but extensively cover Hampshire, Wiltshire as well as the rest of the UK. County Gutters was formed in 2005 and has carried out many installations both locally and nationally.

We specialise in all aspects of aluminium guttering, ranging from guttering on a garage extension to large box gutters on warehouses and factories. Our clients include BAE Systems, local authorities as well as domestic and commercial customers in need of maintenance or repairs. No job is too small or large, we give the best advice and quotations at no cost.

Water Harvesting
County Water Conservation is part of the County Water Group and was created to compliment the efficient removal of water from roof surfaces so that preservation and re-cycling can be carried out. As the Company has years of drainage experience, including the drainage of Golf Courses, sports fields and agricultural land, the appreciation of how water can effect properties is well understood and can be combined with the conservation of water for future use on the property.

Leaf Protection
Leaves and debris in a gutter are one of the main contributors to gutters overflowing; the debris builds up blocking the gutter and down pipes, and eventually ends up in the soak away creating costly repairs. For a small initial outlay County Gutters can offer a few solutions to eliminate this problem.

Maintenance & Repair
All types of gutter, whether aluminium, plastic or cast iron will need maintenance of some sort in time, it may be just a wipe over or a complete clean out, County Gutters can offer a service which will take the worry of climbing ladders away from you. Roofline & Copings
County Gutters offers a full a range of roofline and copings. All copings and roofline manufactured in aluminium are made to customer specification and can be taken from drawings or surveyed where needs be. An aluminium finish gives a building a very sharp look and many customers are turning to aluminium to give their building the 21st century look.

County Gutters appeared on the television show Building The Dream Home, where we installed aluminium copings, fascias and glass rails to a modern luxury house in Poole. For a more traditional look some customers prefer to use upvc or timber.

Downpipes & Hoppers
The downpipes principal job is to move the rain water from the gutter to a soakaway, drain or rainwater harvesting system. They come in many materials and they don’t tend to cause to many problems as they run vertically and are not intended to hold water. In many cases the downpipes you have on your property may be perfectly serviceable; a new guttering system may be able to connect to them without any problems.

County Gutters specialize in this field. Many customers have come to us with guttering problems, with careful planning and design we have found a solution for them.

Seamless guttering
Seamless or continuous aluminium guttering is a tried and tested form of guttering. It dates back to the 1960s in the U.S.A where it was developed, under the name K guttering. It was extruded through a machine manually. Now due to advance in technology it can be run out in lengths of up to 35 metres without a join.

Residential
Leaking gutters are not just an irritation, the problems caused by water ingress, which might not be easily noticed can lead to costly building repairs.

County Gutters offers a full survey, giving advice on the best system which would suit each individual property. We can work out what size gutter and downpipes are required for the roof area and location of your premises. Due to the high cost of scaffolding, County Gutters offers a full of range of access equipment, thus helping to keep customers within their budget when replacing their guttering.

Commercial guttering
County Gutters undertake many large commercial projects. Our clients include BAE Systems, Honda, Octagon Homes as well as many local authorities and schools. Our quantity surveyors can disseminate from architects plans all relevant information to provide our clients with a detailed quotation.

Risk assessments and method statements are written for each project and a fully updated health and safety policy is in place, copies of which can be supplied. All staff hold CSCS cards, access platform accreditation and a trained first aider is with each team.
