DGR Building Maintenance Limited was first registered in December 2010. The partners in the business have over 40 years of building experience.

This experience has combined to create a company with true diversity, being a one stop shop, it gives you the client one point of contact for a variety of works.

DGR building Maintenance Limited operate throughout the United Kingdom from our base in Southport. We have a number of operatives who are time served tradesmen which we employ on a full time basis. When busy we have a number of approved sub contracts that we use on a regular basis to increase staffing levels and manage the workloads. This ensures we have operatives that you the client, and we the contractor can rely on.

Building Works

Plumbing
Plumbing; the pipes, fixtures, and other apparatus of a water, gas, or sewage system in a building. We provide plumbing works ranging from small scale domestic installations through to large scale commercial and public conveniences. Our operatives have the skills carry out a wide variety of installations.

Brickwork
Brickwork; the technique or work of constructing with bricks and mortar. A structure made of. We are Brick/Block & Stonework Sub-contractor, that works to the highest standards. We promote excellence, quality and value for money in all aspects of brickwork related projects, utilising the experience of key personnel.

Drainage
Drainage; the action or a method of draining. A system of drains. Something that is drained off. DGR Building Maintenance Ltd have been carrying out specialist drainage, septic tank installation and foundation ground works for many years. We work on small one-off projects through to large developments and offer on-site surveying and ground investigations.

Roofwork
DGR Building Maintenance Ltd have worked on a variety of roofs over the years, both domestic and commercial. During 2012 DGR Building Maintenance Ltd became an accredited installer for a leading membrane supplier in the UK. Since then we have installed a number of rubber roofs for both domestic and commercial clients.

MF Ceilings
Metal fabricated is a suspended ceiling system suitable for most internal drylining applications. The grid is fully concealed and the ceiling lining is joint-treated or plastered to present a seamless, monolithic appearance. High quality plastered finish, very flexible construction technique for creating features (bulkheads, curves & rafts).

Site Strip Out
We have carried out site strip outs and clearance as an integral part of our offering, working direct for clients and main contractors alike. DGR Building Maintenance Ltd has worked on retail parks throughout the UK from West Farm Retail Park in Folkestone, to Valegate Retail Park in Cardiff, up to The Forge Retail Park in Glasgow, and numerous sites between.

Maintenance
We maintain, fix and make good your building’s everyday things, from your doorway to everything else inside. We repair the things that break down and maintain them so they don’t, and we do it every day and every night. Whether it’s leaking roofs, replacing ceiling tiles, changing a bulb, pre-paint repairs, painting, reseating leaking taps or replacing broken panes, our expertise in all of the main building trades keeps your building running.

Partitions
DriLyner lining systems provide simple and effective techniques for drylining brick, block, and concrete walls in both new-build and refurbishment work. The DriLyner MF system facilitates the fixing of Gyproc plasterboards or ThermaLine laminates to Gypframe channels, which are adhesive bonded to the wall. Gyproc ThermaLine laminates are fixed to the channels using a combination of Gyproc Sealant and Gyproc Drywall Screws to minimise any risk of thermal bridging.

Glass Partitions
Gully glazed partitions are created using the Longline demountable partition system they are specified on a totally unique and individual basis for every installation.

Plastering
DGRBM is a commercial partitioning contractors with years of experience in dry lining using Gyproc Stud with plasterboard and plaster skim, demountable Longline Aluminium & Glass. Whatever your office or workspace we can provide high quality partitioning installations nation-wide.

Gyproc Lining

Longline
Longline demountable partition systems are specified on a totally unique and individual basis for every installation. DGRBM offer a complete service installing the partitions in full including all glazing, doors and ironmongery.
