Landlord Services

• Landlord's Gas Safety Certificate £75.00 (All inclusive)
  The Gas Safe Registered engineer will test all gas-powered appliances thoroughly and issue the landlord's gas safety certificate (copies for landlord, tenant and managing agent).
  
  A boiler service can be carried out at the same time )


• Electrical Safety Checks - (PAT Testing) - £13.00 per appliance
  A qualified electrician will test all electrical appliances in the property and issue approval notices accordingly.
  
  We can also arrange inspections for entire electrical installations if required. Price dependent on size of property. Get in touch to obtain a free quote.


• Energy Performance Certificate - EPC - £90.00 - £120.00 (All Inclusive)
  This is required for all new or renewing residential tenancies and is valid for 10 years. It will be carried out by a certified domestic energy assessor.


• Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning
  Price dependent on size of property, please ask for details. Professional cleaners will thoroughly clean all areas of the property prior to the new tenants moving in, including carpets.
