The man who owns this company is a complete opportunist. I got him out today to reactivate an alarm that his company had initially installed and he wasnt in our home for more 3 minutes, before he charged £50 for a hidden call out charge. He was supposed to reactivate the system which he didnt and replace the battery which he didnt as he said the system is fried, and wasnt working at all well, its because he pulled the fuse from the system which he said didnt have. The system setup is very doggy at best. Hidden charges and changes his story regularly. PEOPLE BEWARE!
