Complete waste of time. Horrible customer service. Massive delay in my order. I received 102£ extra discount as a goodwill gesture but they took that back from me, took more than a month to get tiles delivered and when time came close they extended the delivery period by an extra 20 days. Horrific experience. I will never deal with them again and will go to consumer court for this inconvenience caused.
