Dreadful experience and a year later they still refuse to correct an issue that should have been sorted months ago. Only the threat of legal action by the council building inspectors got them to return to even get it signed off. The images so their website are not of their own staff having had them in and out of my home for 6 months ( for a 4 week job) don’t let them anywhere near your property
