About
Paul Danvers is the founder of PCC Property Consultants and is a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Building Engineer, being a Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers. Paul has a passion for property and will handle your valued instruction with the level of professionalism and commitment you expect, but with a level of enthusiasm you do not.

Paul’s extensive experience of over 40 years in the property industry is reflected in membership of the Building Surveying, Valuation, Commercial and Residential Professional Groups of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and together with his membership of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers, enables him to provide strategic as well as specific advice. Where necessary, Paul works with specialist partners to encompass all aspects of property advice. In 2010 Paul was awarded Honorary Fellowship of the Royal College of General Practitioners for services to the College.
