Phil and his associates where more than polite and efficient when dealing with my many various mini projects. I would definitely recommend their services and would continue to use them for future services. Never over priced and very honest. Quality of work is impressive and most importantly tidy - I had an out door toilet reconverted inwards amongst other things. Time to complete was brilliant, Phil was more than happy to work around me especially as I work full time. His advice is always appreciated.

Phil did an excellent job of repairing floor and joists in hallway and bathroom. He also converted one large bathroom to two bathrooms to a very high standard. This included fitting new units, full tiling, lights and extractor fans. He arranged for new windows to be put in and finished the job on schedule and at a reasonable price. Phil knows what he is doing, been very polite and punctual and left the place tidy. We are very pleased with the job and given him more work of painting and decorating. We have engaged him for regular maintenance of the property.
