Fireblock was established in 1998 as a manufacturer of specialist multi-purpose steel door sets and windows with enhanced quality, versatility and performance.

This was not only the launch of a new company but also a completely unique product classification range, 5 hours fire integrity, to both BS and EN standards. As the first company to achieve this standard, Fireblock has been a catalyst for many industry innovative and unique product features. In consultation with our customer base we continue to develop aesthetics and also functionality of all products.

Through innovation in door manufacturing Fireblock continues to be market leaders. Fireblock designs, manufactures, delivers and installs a wide range of high quality, multi-purpose steel doors and windows for various types of commercial and industrial applications including: the food Industry, Clean Rooms, Electronics, Pharmaceutical Industry, Engineering, Medical, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, Construction, Banking, Aerospace and Defence, IT and Telecoms and Data Centres.

All products are manufactured to EN ISO 9001 Quality standards and have been designed with patented features. Fireblock Performance products are tested to comply with relevant international standards for fire, security, blast resistance and acoustic integrity in independent test laboratories (UKAS and NAMAS accredited). Fireblock works closely with customers and end users to provide an excellent service and end product.

• Commercial Doors Fireblock has developed a range of steel commercial doors to provide a choice of door designs and features to suit a multitude of construction applications and design criteria.


• Fire Resistant Fireblock Fire resisting doorsets are tested and certified by Warrington Fire Research Centre and are tested to both B.S 476 Part 22 1987 and EN 1164-1 2000, with integrity values up to 300 mins (5hrs) for single and double leaf hinged doorsets, latched and unlatched, single leaf sliding doors, glazed windows and louvred vents.


• Blast resistant: Our Blast Resistant Doorsets have been dynamically tested to class EXR2 of CEN 11322 with ratings of up to 47 Kn/m2 by an international independent test laboratory.


• Acoustic Doors:Fireblock has designed and manufactured a range of acoustic doors tested by AIRO to BS EN ISO 140-3: 1995 and BS EN ISO 717-1:1997.


• Sliding Doors: Fireblock sliding steel doors are second to none with superb quality and aesthetic appearance to suit your needs.


• Security: Fireblock steel Security doors are built to the same level as ENV 1627 Class 4 door, the full range of performance doors can be provided with an integral range of aggressive security enhancements and protective features.


• Louvres: All Fireblock louvers are manufactured from profiled stainless steel to your specific requirements and can be supplied with insect mesh fitted internally.


• Windows and Glazing: Fireblock manufacture a range of hollow metal windows.


• Heavy duty doors for utility services: Fireblocks ESB doors are designed to meet all E.S.B specifications, we are an approved ESB Manufacturer.


• Clean Room Fireblock manufacture a high quality range of Cleanroom steel doors and windows which include wrap around frames, air leakage and pressure seals, flush panel glazing and bacteria resisting ironmongery.


• Industrial Doors Fireblock provide an expansive range of Roller doors, Sectional doors, Docking station doors and Rapid Roll doors.
