• Design and drawings from initial concept through to details as well as furniture and fittings
• Technical advice on building conservation techniques
• Detailed drawings, schedules and specifications for construction
• Carefully incorporating sustainability measures such as thermal and energy efficiency, renewable technologies and ecological mitigation measures
• Quantity surveying work such as cost estimates, schedules of work and valuations
• Principle Designer duties
• Obtaining quotations, tendering and contractor procurement
• Project management and lead consultant role working with other disciplines
