Conveyor belt machines are rarely "off-the-shelf" items, being individually designed for each customer, and with each manufacturer adopting their own different methods and components. They are long-lasting machines, and by the time they develop faults nobody may remember where they came from, or even if the original manufacturer is still in business. This can make maintenance - or reacting to a breakdown - a frustrating experience.

Central Conveyor Belting and Accessories exists to help in these situations. As a part of Central Conveyors Ltd, and with decades of experience in conveyor design and manufacture, we can help in identifying and supplying replacement parts and spares.

Replacement Conveyor Belts

The actual belt on a conveyor is the item most exposed to wear and tear, and usually the first thing to fail. We can supply most belt types, cut to your specification.

We are truly independent, and do not promote or market any particular manufacturer or type of belt. Instead, we will offer impartial advice, and can supply most types of belts. The belts we supply are the ones that we use on our OWN conveyor systems, and include

• PVC belts in 2-ply and 3-ply


• PU Belts in single and dual ply


• Reinforced Rubber Belting


• Plastic Modular Belting


• High temperature Silicon and PTFE/Kevlar belts.


• Steel mesh belts


• Steel Platelink ("tank track") belts.

Most of the above can be fitted with features such as flights, tracking guides, sidewalls, and with antistatic and high-grip options.

Belt Fitting and onsite vulcanising.

We can offer an on-site fitting and vulcanising service to most areas of the UK, for machines that cannot accept a ready-made endless belt.

Conveyor Belt Fasteners.

In addition to supplying endless belts, or on-site vulcanisation, we can also supply conveyor belts with a range of steel and stainless steel metal fasteners. We are also happy to supply fastener kits and installation tools for you to fit conveyor belts yourself.

Conveyor Rollers

CCBA can provide a very wide range of unpowered rollers, ranging from fixed-shaft drive rollers, to intermediate return rollers, gravity rollers, stub rollers, and large drums.

We can also produce complete gravity roller systems, including bends, brakes, rollback preventers, turntables and lift-up bridges to allow pedestrians (or fork-lift trucks etc) to pass through the conveyor line.
