Our projects vary from Domestic House extensions and new builds, alterations to existing buildings, commercial and retail – hotels, offices and apartments to industrial warehouses, factories and agricultural outbuildings.

Steel Detailing - Struccie Design offer Steel detailing as a primary service, utilising the latest version of Tekla Structures to reduce workflow times and produce high end detailed models with fabrication packs. We pride ourselves on our general arrangement, assembly and single part drawings. The time we spend on our drawings reduces the workshop and site queries resulting in quicker turnaround and reduced man hours.

Structural CAD Support to Consulting Engineers, Architects, Steel Detailing and Contractors alike. Within this service, we offer drawing production for General Arrangement Drawings, Steelwork Detailing (using Tekla), Concrete detailing and R.C. Detailing (using Cads-RC).

Building Information Modelling - At Struccie Design BIM is at the forefront of our Design Service. BIM is now the leading design tool within the Engineering/Architectural and Construction Industries. BIM provides the client with a 3D model, enabling clashes within the design model to be highlighted, allowing for changes before reaching site and thus saving time and money on the project. Using BIM enables us to provide a full Material Take-off for the contractor, allowing for accurate Material Cost Estimates.
