Appointment 9am to 2pm, Took day off work (as a contractor means No paid) at 11:10am phoned Customer Service 02080043419 assistant confirmed engineer would be attending and would call 30 min before arrival, at 14:30 No engineer so called customer services, who said they would call me back in 15 mins. After 30 mins got phone call from Mebs the Office Manager who said engineer had been delayed due to a gas leak after installing a boiler. And that he would update me on the engineers ETA in 20 mins, after waiting a hour,I called back, a Mebs had not, Spoke to Mebs who told me the engineer was unable to leave the site as he had to wait for gas emergency services to repair the leak. I said so engineer will not be coming, He said he might and he’d call back at 16:30. At 16:45 I called back. Mebs said it was unlikely engineer would becoming. He did offer a free gas check as compensation. After reading the reviews and one of your engineer causing a major gas leak ? No thanks i’ll go elsewhere
