Our Services
With over 30 full time installers we can mobilise teams, at short notice, to assist you with installation, dilapidation, emergency repairs and relocations. All installation teams are fully trained with a wide range of knowledge in a variety of storage systems

We can also undertake your annual Inspection using a SEMA approved inspector.

Installation
Assure Build conforms to SEMA’s industry standard codes . These cover aspects of Installation and Health and Safety practice relating to shelving, racking and other storage equipment. You can have complete confidence with our professional services.

Our SEIRS engineers are located throughout the UK enabling us to get to you rapidly. From a simple upright repair, beam damage, pallet displacement or pallet racking protection....we are on hand 24/7 to help.

Sema Approved Racking Inspectors
For peace of mind and, more importantly the health and safety of your staff, the public and visitors you should have your pallet racking inspected annually or bi-annually by a fully qualified and approved SEMA Inspector. This inspection will provide you with a detailed report. The inspection report will show you where you have damage, where there is weakness and what you should monitor. Having an annual report will give you peace of mind, keep you in date with regulations and prevent costly downtime, should you have any potential issues.

An annual report will also prove to HSE and your insurance that you have taken the right actions to ensure that your pallet racking is audited and safe

Pallet Racking Repairs
Assure Build works with a variety of products and manufacturers to enable us to repair your storage equipment on-site with minimal fuss. We offer a 24/7 call out for emergencies.

Assure Build can work with any type of racking, to replace or repair. If you have an old system that is difficult or impossible to find parts for, we can always look for alternative options by utilising your existing materials .

Storage System Relocation

We only use our own installers, not sub contractors, thus allowing us to provide an installation service, for your mesh cages and panels, that consists of highly experienced team members and keep installation costs to a minimum.

The secure, welded mesh panels we use are environment friendly, flexible and streamlined. The products we use are certified to ISO 9001 and environmental management system ISO 14001.

Mesh cages and panels can be supplied in solid form to provide privacy and can be used to create controlled areas.
