Had these guys out back in April to build a conservatory
Was left with no contact for days, and then weeks, on end.
When they finally did finish our drains flooded a month later. After inspecting it turned out theyd thrown bricks and rubble down the drain. I ended up having to get another firm out to fix the unsafe work (the firm described it as "an absolute bodge job thats unsafe")
The constant broken promises and ghosting was infuriating and I wasted almost an entire fortnights leave from work waiting in for them to arrive as agreed only to be sat in the house with an increasingly long list of ignored missed calls.
When they finally did come back (unannounced) there was no apology for not answering the phone.
Is now been 8 months and the conservatory and drains are fixed (at my own expense!) I havent got any faith that the 10 year guarantee will be honoured. If they ignored me when I owed them money I cant see them racing back to fix any future problems!
