West Herts Gas

West Herts Gas has performed annual boiler and gas fire maintenance twice and installed a gas cooker. All was done very satisfactorily. In particular, I reported a problem with the boiler making banging noises that was hard to describe, but they recognised the cause immediately and were also able to fix it, so I feel they have knowledge and experience with this type of appliance.

After 30mins work for £60 the issue of no hot water in our property came back within 3 hours of this guy leaving. When we called and asked him to return he said he would but it would cost extra. We then had a look at the boiler ourselves only to discover that he had not secured the plate properly and there was water leaking everywhere! He refused to come back and fix it claiming it was not his problem... do not trust, do not call.
