“Excellent. Highly responsive and flexible. Eddie produced a detailed estimate which he went through in detail explaining the stages of work involved, variables and options in terms we could understand including the 'unknowns' that would only be known when they could see under the tiles. Readily responded to our questions and probing. Impressive knowledge and expertise clearly loving his 'craft'. He explained where we could economise and the implications. When on site his team worked full out and were very tidy, clearing as they went. They had obviously worked a long time together and operate a slick process. Worked harder and faster than we have ever seen at what they do. Ed was very good at keeping in touch, updating us with progress and issues as they went. Appreciated the tea and coffee we supplied! Completed well within the time frame they had set.”
