Asbestos Survey
A Management Survey, which also referred to as a Standard Survey, focuses on locating the whereabouts of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) within your property. If asbestos is found, it will be examined to establish if it is damaged or deteriorating, which will govern whether the asbestos needs to be removed or not.

A Management Survey can be categorised as either a Type 1 or 2 survey and is heavily regulated by the Health and Safety executive, which means there is a lot of planning involved prior to the survey. This allows the survey to be more precise and the surveyors can safely inspect the asbestos in the building.

Domestic & Commercial Asbestos Removal
Advanced Asbestos Contractors provide a specialist asbestos removal service for clients situated through Essex. After the survey has been completed and the extent of the asbestos has been analysed, our removal team will tailor their removal around the results of the survey.

Building, Office & Light Demolition
Advanced Asbestos Contractors have wealth of experience in the demolition of domestic properties to industrial buildings, ensuring that building is demolished safely and efficiently. We pride ourselves in being able to provide our customers with a complete demolition service that is orchestrated by an experienced project manager, who will make sure that all the correct protocols are implemented before the building is brought down. Pre-Refurbishment & Demolition Survey
When a building is undergoing major refurbishment or is being demolished, a Type 3 Survey must be undertaken to determine the presence of ACMs. This is an incredibly thorough survey that inspects every part of the building, ensuring that the builders or tradesman working in the building do not come into contact with asbestos. In order to thoroughly analyse certain areas of the building, then the surveys may have to break walls, ceilings and flooring in their endeavour to inspect every inch of the building.
