ROOF STRUCTURES
Present-day design concepts normally favor the use of trussed rafters for the majority of new commercial developments and domestic housing projects. For complex roof contours including works to existing buildings, it is more common to use traditional cut & pitch methods. Frametech are able to offer advice early on in the build process as to what roof method is best suited for your project. We have a wealth of experience, modern methods, and a proven track record in constructing timber roof structures for any type of building.

From inception, Frametech can assist you with the procurement of your bespoke build. We are able to recommend and partner with a suitable timber frame manufacturer to design, engineer and deliver your timber frame kit to site.

Once the manufacturing process has been completed we will undertake all the necessary arrangements for a smooth and efficient build on-site. This process will evolve from soleplate up to the completion of wall panels, floors and roof structures ready for weather tightness.
