What is basement waterproofing?

If you sell the property during the guarantee period, we will not charge for transfer of the guarantee, simply hand over the documentation to the new owner.

We also offer the option of an insurance backed guarantee through QANW. These are always recommended and are available for a one off premium payable once the works are complete. QANW administer all policies directly and may charge to transfer to a new owner when selling the property.
