Shame I cant give zero stars.

I had a patio done that looked ok when it was completed Aug 2019. Nice Indian Black Lime Stone.
I already had the stone. Paid mark £3250 to relay it and fix the drainage.

Problems started in March 2020, mortar crumbling away from stairs to garden and some stones were now rocking loose around the edge.
Also some gaps were appearing between the stone. ?

Telephoned and spoke to Mark. Would be out to see. Never came out.
With Covid etc I left it, and left it for the 3 month lockdown.

July phoned Mark again, he didn’t even know who I was, so he hadn’t noted anything down about our March conversation. ?
Explained the situation, now it was worse as I had to stop jet-washing the patio as it was making the gaps worse.

After more calls he came out eventually in August. Said no problem, will fix it.
It would have to wait though 4 to 8 weeks with his other work commitments. I agreed and believed him.

I waited 8 weeks, I have phone Mark lots of times since, some times he answers, sometimes he just txts and the answer is always the same “when I get a minute I will be around”.

I realise now that if I want this fixing, I will have to employ somebody else.

It is now 25th October.
I have spoken to a few other firms this week to fix the work as it is Mark isn’t coming to fix anything.
Unfortunately all 3 other firms told me that a resin should have been used and NOT sand/grit that Mark used.
