Ozy did a 2nd fix for my bathroom and it was total disaster! Poor quality of work - leaks\revisits (always rushing). INCOMPETENT - completely messed up solvent piping (leaks after leaks, didn’t put any glue on a joint), had to get someone else to fix it as Ozzy gave up. Did not the mount basin properly (cut the copper pipes short) and left holes/insecure pipes everywhere. Paid him more than agreed as he was insisting. Did not provide any refunds – INCOMPLETE JOB. Never answered calls or texts to come fix remaining issues during his so-called 3 months warranty period.
