Diamond Core Drilling
Drill IT’s core business is diamond drilling holes: it's where we all first started, and we believe we have some of the best drillers in the industry. All of our drillers look at all jobs methologically before carrying out any works.

Concrete Floor Sawing
Floor Sawing is used to cut horizontal flat surfaces such as concrete floor slabs, roads and Airport Runways.

Robotic Demolition
Using Robotic demolition in the workplace makes it safer for the operatives. By using robotic brokk machines, we reduce HAVS, which is important. Brokk machines are totally independent of the operator, and so therefore offer not only zero HAVS, but good all round 360 degree vision. The operators control the machine with the aid of a remote control, which means that the operator can work at a safe distance from the point of works. Whichever is used, the operator’s safety is more secure than conventional demolition plant machines.

Concrete Track Sawing
Drill IT operates track-mounted diamond saws which feature a diamond blade that can take a 1200 mm diameter blade capable of cutting a depth of 500 mm. Track sawing that creates a clean cut and is an accurate way to extend openings or create new openings. Track sawing can create openings in walls or floors for doorways, windows, staircases, etc ... with ease.

Controlled Concrete Demolition
Controlled concrete demolition is the process of removing a section of concrete under a controlled process and operation to prevent damage to the surrounding structures and in the safest manner possible. Hydraulic bursting is one of the best-controlled demolition processes.

Hydraulic Concrete Demolition Bursting & Crunching
This is an ideal alternative for breaking out concrete, which like bursting is a user-friendly way of removing concrete or brickwork quietly and safely. The jaws of the breaker are placed on the edge of the concrete structure and hydraulic pressure is applied to force the jaws to close and resulting in the crushing of the concrete into rubble.

Dustless Chasing
Chasing is a method used to form neat channels in concrete or masonry structures called “Chases”. These chases are formed using a twin bladed dustless extraction system. Two parallel slots are formed in the substructure to the depth and width required. After which the channel is broken out using a light weight breaker leaving a clean neat channel.

Floor Planning and Preparation
Drill It provides the full range of Surface Preparation and concrete treatment services from concrete planning and scarifying to concrete polishing. Drill IT also uses other floor preparation methods such as diamond grinding, scabbling and vinyl and latex removal. Floor preparation is dust-free and creates minimal disruption.

Breaking out and Associated Building Works
Drill IT also offers the service of breaking out sections of structures or simply breaking up the lumps of concrete into more manageable lumps in order to be removed from a site safely. Drill IT can also offer the service to clear rubble to a site skip or stock piled neatly in an area of the site for the client to dispose of.

Resin Fixings & Anchor Bolting
Drill It offers the additional service of chemically fixing bolts in place once the holes have been drilled by ourselves. Resin fixings are used for inserting starter bars or holding down bolts, so that steel frames or supports and equipment can be permanently fixed. This method is used for anchor bolts, railway tracks and bridge supports.
