From Simple to Complex

CCL are happy to provide anything from simple start/stop panels, to complex automated systems featuring multiple inverters, PLC's and controller relays.

Distributed Control

It is frequently desirable to have multiple control points, with local operators able to control the machine local to them, but possibly having some control over distant machines. (one example might be a 'global' emergency stop, which not only stops the operators local machine, but all the other machines "up the line" that feed products INTO that machine). CCL are happy to provide distributed control panels, as well as remote monitoring.

Monitoring

In addition to direct control panels, we can provide a comprehensive range of remote monitoring and instrumentation solutions. This can be supervisory panels in control rooms, down to local stations on the 'shop floor', giving key measurements. (such as temperature, pressure, motor speed, current etc).
