Scunthorpe Radiators has been established for over 20 years and we have over 40 years’ experience in the supply, recondition and manufacture of Radiators, Oil Coolers, Intercoolers, Condensors, Evaporators, Calorifiers and Steam Heater Batteries covering all aspects of Cooling from Automotive to Industrial applications.

We have the facilities and experience to repair Copper and Brass and also Aluminium cores including remanufacture and pressure tested to insurance confirmation. Test certificates can be provided on request. Over the years we have forged great working relationships with a multitude of customers, including Blue Chip Companies within the Health Service, Steel Industry, Port Services, Transport – Bus and Coach, Agriculture and many more.

We provide a service in this area for radiators, oil coolers, intercoolers, aftercoolers, heat exchangers and various MIG/TIG ancillary welding operations. The machines we service range from Caterpillers to Volvo heavy rock and earth movers, cranes, locomotives and generating set applications on oil rigs and in hospitals we service back up power generating units.

Motor Vehicle
Over the years, as we have grown and developed, we have been sure to incorporate new technology into our business at Scunthorpe Radiators and at the same time have invested in appropriate equipment needed for the job especially for aluminium and stainless steel projects. Given this appropriate technology, we will repair or manufacture new radiators (all types) oil coolers, header tanks and fuel tanks.

Bespoke
We will manufacture radiators and oil coolers to a specification. We can also manufacture radiators that are supplied in plastic and aluminium, in copper and brass to a higher specification if they are to be used in fertiliser plants etc. This will give your product more durability and longer life expectancy.
