Dangerous & expensive. Wall sockets - cables crammed in, sheaths melted, lucky not to have a fire; 2 other sockets not earthed; one with loose connection, one did not have a back plate. Circuit still not working after repairs so still problems. Other circuits to be tested. Offered the opportunity to repair but wanted more money up front.
