Marshalls Plumbing & Heating Ltd

I called marshalls regarding an issue with my 87 year old grandmothers boiler, regularly blowing out and becoming increasingly harder to light. I was directed yo call a different line as this one dealt with the water issues and another dealt with gas issues. An appointment, was made and confirmed, and I thought nothing further of it at this time.

The appointment was pushed back, by them, then on the new day the engineer didnt arrive. I called and was told he had forgot to put it in his diary. I asked when he would be able to come over as the house was now completely without heat, and he said he would call me back when he stopped driving.

After an extended delay without him calling me, I eventually got him back on the phone, only to be told that he wouldnt be rescheduling. I understand that businesses can be very busy, but if he had said that he couldnt fit me in at the start my gran wouldnt have been without heating for several weeks longer than needed. Very unprofessional and I would advice anybody to avoid like the plague.
