Justbrickwork & Pointing

I should like to be able to review the quality of the work but sadly this is not possible. I obtained a quote from Robert at the beginning of March which I promptly accepted. I was given a start date for the beginning of June. This was put back on several occasions and I changed my own plans to try to fit in. Now in August he will not answer the phone so I dont think it is ever going to happen. I have therefore wasted 5 months and have got nowhere.
