I hired Marek Zakurzewski and Empire Building Projects LTD 3 years ago, working remotely I also hired him as project manager via EBP Project Management LTD. Marek gave me a 6 months time frame for completion. They started the stripping after first payment that had to be made in full upfront, no credit card payments accepted (in order to avoid any issues if they do not deliver on their service). The workers left repeatedly to start other projects. This behaviour carried on for 3 years despite the whole project budget being paid in full upon request. Substandard (to be generous) work done, half completed. The report on progress was based on false information and lies. Communication with client almost non existent.
Before abandoning the site unfinished and not secured, they dumped the trash from another project on my yard and damaged what little they managed to finish.
2 kitchens are missing from the apartments, 3 bathrooms are missing.
Perfect company if you want your property value decreased and trashed.
