I am a pensioner who has been waiting for my safety certificate from Mr Chris Sawyer who did work in my kitchen in November 2019. Iv rang him and texted him over and over again. He tells me he will definitely see to it this week end but nothing has been done. Im very upset and feel like iv been ripped off just because Im old. I trusted this man and paid him by cheque thinking he would send on the certificate. Still nothing.
