Stem & Agate Ltd is a specialist construction company based in London, working on renovation and refurbishment of fine residential and commercial properties.

Our company was established in 2010 and has been growing since, expanding its portfolio and gaining expertise in design and build projects, loft and basement conversions, including restoration works and remodelling of listed buildings. Our services also include extensions, bespoke joinery, M&E, windows, landscaping and decoration.

We have a strong team of experienced project managers and highly skilled workers, who take pride in their work and craftsmanship. Our biggest strength is the attention to detail and comprehensive client care that helped our company grow mainly through referrals.

We ensure that every aspect of each project is done properly and in a timely manner. We do this by preparing detailed and realistic costings and programmes prior to the beginning of works, and constantly monitoring their progress.
