Multiple issues with our property since we moved in, I always expected that not everything about the house would be perfect when we moved in but what I did expect is that when we contacted them about an issue, they would resolve it.
Instead weve been left with an unusable washing machine due to incorrect installation and an unusable shower that has not been sealed correctly and has caused damp in our bathroom for over a month now.
My partner has been asking for updates weekly and has been polite throughout, but rather than keeping us up to date weve been passed around incessantly, and now her calls are very clearly being ignored which I find completely disrespectful.
