**Terrible Service - DO NOT USE** Unfortunately I am unable to leave a review with 0 stars but rest assured if it was possible I would.

This time the same female call handler excelled herself in that she was damn right rude and lacked any empathy for a family with no heating with a young child. After a torrent of abuse they finally (reluctantly) agreed to come out again. The engineer (so called) attended again (same guy). He was the most rude individual that I have ever spoken with in my 20 years experience in retail and corporate banking!! He swore at me and said "If you dont like it then I will leave now !! After some strong words on my behalf advising that I would complain immediately he then stayed (after the tantrum and swearing at me). He gave me a running commentary on what it could be and advised I would need to repeatedly drain the boiler !! I advised that I had no qualification in gas safety to which he had no reply.
