Unfortunately, I thought i'd hit gold when given the original quote... but you definitely get what you pay for, I'm still waiting for Ian to come and rectify the awful work done at my property.

Ian and his team seemed to rush the job, didn't have the correct tools on numerous occasions (hence the awful quality of work, I guess), blaming it on his van having a new gearbox done.

Long list of issues still left to rectify:
- Lots of partial boot marks left in concrete .
- Lots of areas of the print that look like a child has done them.
- Massive cuts out of border for what seems to be no reason.
- Out of line print on border section on left hand side.
- Sealing still not completed but FULLY paid for.
- Borders of decorative stone not completed
- Colour fading in parts and colour not applied/re-applied correctly after jet washing

After complaining via email after waiting weeks and weeks for them to rectify the issues (Work was done in December... it's now Mid-End of February), I was met with an attitude of referring me back to their very loose terms and conditions and citing that the weather is stopping them rectifying. The weather was worse when they completed the work, so they have a lot of explaining to do as to why the work was done in those weather conditions, knowing the results would be substandard.

I've given this company one more chance to give me an actual date to rectify all of the issues or I will be instructing my solicitor to claim via a county court, however I doubt this will stop them ripping people off.

BEWARE, AND DO NOT LET THIS BAND OF MERRY MEN HAVE YOU OFF!
