Paving Slabs
Here at Primethorpe Paving we have a wide variety of paving options for you to chose from. Consisting of 4 different materials, we're bound to have something that works for you:

• Limestone Paving - Unlike the soft, British lime that most people are familiar with, this stone is really hard and durable. It is a great choice for someone looking for uniformity in their outdoor space. All our limestone ranges are consistent in colour and naturally smooth on the surface.


• Sandstone Paving - This is an incredibly popular choice of paving and it's easy to see why. With the biggest variations in colour, from black to bright reds, you are guaranteed to find something that works for you. Sandstone is fantastically natural, with a naturally split surface and brilliant natural colour palettes across all of the slabs, it will bring your garden to life with a splash of natural colour.


• Granite Paving - Volcanic rock that has cooled and hardened before being quarried. Granite is the toughest, most resistant and long lasting stone on the market. It has almost zero water retention and the surface is hard to even mark. Granite comes at a slight premium, but is worth every single penny as it is guaranteed to last for years and years.


• Slate Paving - Formed in perfect layers under immense pressure, slate creates a beautiful effect that is impossible to replicate. The sheen created by slate adds a touch of class and elegance wherever it is used. The surface is split naturally so it is clear that this is natural paving but the slate really elevates the finish above and beyond.

Cobbles & Setts
We have a whole host of options whether you are looking for and edging to finish off your patio, or whether you are cobbling a whole area like a driveway. Cobbles are versatile and incredibly popular.

• Limestone - Our limestone is very easy to work with and as a result you end up with immaculately shaped cobbles which are perfect for finishing off any project. The smooth surface only adds to the effect - limestone is a great choice of cobble.


• Sandstone - Often the most popular choice as it compliments the sandstone that has been used in the main paving project. The natural riven surface maintains the natural look of the project and it's incredibly easy to find a complimentary cobble.


• Granite - Robust, colourful and natural. Granite is an incredibly tough stone so is much more difficult to cut to size than it's sandstone/limestone counterparts. whilst the sizing and edges are less consistent, it results in a beautifully rustic look.

Walling Stone and Wall Copings

• Walling Stone - Hand cut to size, we have a mixture of sandstone & limestone walling stones to give the perfect finish no matter what you are looking for. The hand dressed edges give a beautiful rustic finish that adds a traditional feel to any space.


• Wall Copings - No wall is complete without the cherry on top. The correct coping is essential and we have each and every coping you could ever want. From rustic, hand dressed edges to a bullnosed finished - you are guaranteed to find something you'll love.
