About Ground Access Hire
The Ground Access Hire Ground Protection Mat System provides a strong and secure surface whilst protecting the underlying ground from erosion. The mats are ideal for temporary roadways, pedestrian walkways and temporary car parks for outdoor events. They will provide ground protection when it is necessary to take vehicles or plant across lawns and parkland, and can be used to protect finished surfaces such as tarmac and block paving from damage on construction sites.

The material is processed and tested in-house and as such ensures only high-quality recycled material is used in the creation of the Stable Mat. The material has excellent heat insulation properties ensuring minimal contraction and expansion under temperature change. The material is chemically inert and as such will not absorb any substance making it very easy to keep clean and prevent any sort of cross-contamination. Unique overlapping connection system means that when connected a seamless anti-trip, the anti-slip surface is created, perfect for all types of footfall. Weighing only 20kg per panel no mechanical assistance is required for installation and a two-person team can install up to 200 square metres of Stable Mat in an hour. The Stable Mat can be used as a temporary or permanent solution.
Access Ramps provide easy access on to the mat for Wheelchairs. Raised traction profile provides grip to all types of footfall. Capable of taking loads of up to 3.3 tonnes per lcm2. (As long as the ground underneath can take the weight then the stable mat will be able to take the weight).
