We are a greater London based and an employee-owned building company; incorporated since 2016, whilst some of our expert builders have been in the home improvement business since 2001. We specialise in renovations; residential; commercial; painting and decorating.

Getting Started
We offer a home improvement and the highest quality painting and decorating service. Once you make contact, we will answer any question you might have and schedule your first appointment.

Initial Consultation
This is an obligation-free consultation to introduce ourselves, our home improvement and painting and decorating service, and take a look at your existing space. We will carefully listen to you and custom-design our work to your requirements.

Design and Planning
If you need only minor home improvement work or painting and decorating, then we can quickly produce a quotation. If you need a larger job or major renovation, we'll take detailed measurements and produce 2D, 3D plans and software renderings. Once all details are established, we'll provide a final and comprehensive quotation, timeline, scope and budget. When you are completely satisfied, we can sign a contract.

Construction
We do our ultimate to deliver on time and on budget, always with clear communication. The home improvement phase is meticulously planned. Our experienced project leader oversees everything from start to finish, ensuring the work goes as smoothly as possible. We communicate regularly and, if desired, can also have weekly meetings with you. We take our work seriously and treat both you and property with genuine respect. We are fully insured.

The Process

• Home visit
  An initial, no obligation, Design Consultation is an informal conversation and is just the first step, allowing us to understand your needs, desires and vision. We’ll get an idea about the size, style and list of features for your individual project.


• Making a decision
  If you don’t need a full home improvement, or you are selling your property; perhaps you just need a quick makeover. If selling, your property needs to stand out from the crowd, so it appears at its very best.


• The plan
  At the second visit, we refine our ideas, measure the space and then put together a design presentation, with 2 and 3d plans. We can present multiple options. Upon receiving feedback, we work towards the final plan for your project.

Construction Phase

• The Timeline
  Understandably, this depends on the size of the project. Sometimes we use an architect and/or structural engineer and, when required, drawings and plans are submitted to the relevant departments to obtain planning permission or approval from the Freeholder.


• Selecting finishes
  Once it’s time to begin, we select materials and pricing that fit with the design and within budget. At this step, we work closely with you. We specify exactly what materials – quality and quantity – will be used for each stage of your home improvement.


• Our team
  Our construction service team consists of a designer and various trade professionals. Throughout the process, you will be informed of any necessary adjustments. We prepare a monthly, weekly and day to day calendar. This enables us to finish your home improvement in time and on budget.

Painting and decorating
Quality - only the very best. Our painting and decorating team deliver the highest quality finish in every single corner of your residential or commercial property. Our team is detail oriented, from the initial planning, protection of all floors and furniture, meticulous preparation of surfaces, painting and decorating, to the final immaculate cleanup. Share your vision with us and we will help you with advice from our designer. At completion, we’ll walk through with you and make a snagging list, to ensure that you are completely happy.
