About Urban Marque Ltd
Bespoke Luxury Lodges - UK Caravan Act Compliant
Urban Marque Ltd is a family owned and run company based in Cambridgeshire that operates throughout the UK. Our Directors and Partners have been designing and installing engineered timber frame buildings to the UK and European markets for decades, including commercial buildings such as schools, leisure buildings, apartment blocks, hotels and retail outlets. In 2015 Urban Marque Ltd was incorporated to fulfil the need for luxury housing that could be constructed quickly and under the UK Caravan Acts whilst retaining the quality and comfort we have become used to with the most ecological and modern homes.
Urban Marque Ltd was based on old fashioned business ethics and honesty which are still our watch words to this day. Our trading reputation is second to none in our industry and this can be evidenced by checking our credentials.
Urban Marque can supply a standard range of designs from our brochure, or offer a bespoke luxury mobile home that is designed by you. We supply directly to the public and the leisure industry and have several build routes available from Structural DIY Kits for self builders to a fully installed service. Luxury Bespoke Lodges & Annexes
Our Luxury Bespoke Lodges are aimed at residential buyers to install in the curtilage of their own homes. Sometimes these are also referred to as Static Caravans, Granny Annexes, Mobile Homes or Log Cabins to name a few. These are all single story buildings that have residential capacity. Most of these can be built without planning permission up to 20m x 6.8m (136m2) – subject to buyers circumstances. See: Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 and The Caravan Sites Act 1968 and Revisions 2006.
Luxury Park Homes
Luxury units for Park Home operators that want to offer their end users a high quality unit at a competitive price. Our designs are bespoke to your specific site to maximise views and to compliment the local environment. Our high quality far exceeds BS3632:2023 and ensures low running costs and longevity for the future. Our Park Homes are suitable for residential occupation 365 days per year in comfort, allowing you to maximise your return on investment.
Design
As you can imagine Urban Marque don’t do “standard” when it comes to Lodges & Park Homes – we believe that all our clients should have the freedom of choice, so we invite you to input your own concepts. We are all different and so are our Lodges, so feel free to design a building of your own and not one that other people think you should have.
Urban Marque Benefits:
Our mobile homes and garden lodges can be designed to meet full planning demands and can comply with Building Regulation standards for traditional house’s – even though planning permission may not be required.

- Fully insulated Floors Cassettes of 220mm (including a 22mm floor deck), Walls 280mm thick and insulated with a combination of modern insulation materials
- All roof insulation specifications are designed to guarantee the thermal U values
- Vapour barriers installed in all external walls and roof
- Huge choice of external finishes
- All double glazed units are argon gas filled with low-E glass
- All double glazed units are argon gas filled with low-E glass
- Breather membrane with 38 or 50mm clear air cavity installed as standard
- No need to excavate a foundation
