Chameleon Windows Restoration & Decoration

We engaged Chameleon to replace the glass in our entire house. Because they spray painted the glass (see photo) over 40 of the glass panes were scratched when they manually scraped it off. They offered to polish the scratches out which made the defects worse. That was when the total denial kicked in.

Months of time wasting (and fabricated invoices) by Chameleon has led to legal action. This company are experts in ducking and diving to avoid taking responsibility. They refuse to accept an industry-recognised expert report which states the quality of their work does not meet industry guidelines. They refuse to recognise ADR with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Several glass suppliers will no longer deal with them.

Their eight months of pathetic squirming is laughable. Caveat emptor.
