Chimney Rebuild, Repair or Removal

The vast majority of the time chimneys have not had a lead tray installed when built. This is a major issue, water ingress over time then begins to move into the home causing major damp issues. If this is the case the chimney must be removed or re-built.

Lead Flashings
We offer a service to both repair and replace any type of lead flashings and roofs. Over time lead is prone to cracking, especially in cases of poor installation. We must assess individual needs as it can vary. We only use the correct thickness of lead code for each job and all of the lead is treated on-site following installation.
