About Integrated Hydraulic Solutions UK Ltd
IHS UK LTD is a Sheffield-based bespoke engineering provider servicing a multitude of different construction industries. We specialize in the integration of Manufacturing, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical systems and Bespoke software meaning we can offer a full turnkey service from one factory. No need to outsource your project to multiple different suppliers; a building contractor, electrical contractor and so on.
VEHICLE BUILDING
IHS UK LTD have a core range of vehicles we build repeatedly, including the Single Belt Discharge Conveyor Truck and the Mixamate ‘Conqueror’ Truck. It doesn’t stop there! We can make any bespoke vehicle body to suit your requirements as well as changing current designs on a customer-by-customer basis. Take our 7.5T mini pump truck for example, one customer wanted a pump truck with hydraulically operated doors, one customer wanted a pump truck with standard aluminuim dropside doors.

MACHINERY
Our trucks really show that there isn’t a limit to what IHS are capable of. If you dissect a truck to part level, you will see that it is a sum of bespoke machines; mixers, pumps, conveyors, control systems and so on.
REFIT, REFURB, RETROFIT & SERVICING
Refit
The push to get tippers off-site has forced a lot of companies to start buying these single belt bodies, but we understand you can’t buy a brand new chassis for every new build – and that’s absolutely fine. Bring your old truck to us, we will remove the old body, and replace it with whatever you can dream of!
Refurb
We refurb the tugboats used by CRT on the inland waterways. We meticulously strip these boats, any badly worn or unrepairable components are identified and replaced, we add extra crash guards, repair cracked welds and any unsalvageable panels – even the weedhatch gets replaced. The scissorlifts that power the wheelhouse are removed and tested, repaired or replaced if necessary. It’s sometimes hard to believe that it is the same boat leaving the factory!
DESIGN & BUILD
We have invested heavily in 3D design software. We utilize Solidworks – the industry standard in 3D CAD and it is operated by our highly skilled, CSWP (Certified Solidworks Professional) design engineers. We can ensure that everything as 100% correct before we start building, this also gives you the confidence to know exactly what you are getting. See examples below of CAD to reality!

Parker offers a wide variety of hydraulic motors including Bent Axis, Brake, Gear, Gerotor, Hydrostatic Transmission, Radial Piston, and Vane Motors.

IHS UK LTD stock an array of the high quality Parker Hydraulic Pumps.
PARKER ACCUMULATORS
Parker hydraulic accumulators regulate the performance of a hydraulic system by providing an additional volume of system fluid, pressurized by an external gas supply.
PARKER GEAR PUMPS
An external hydraulic gear pump works as follows: a drive gear (usually driven by a motor) rotates an idler gear in the opposite direction.
