Welcome to South East Fabricators Ltd (SEFAB), a family owned and operated business located on the outskirts of East Grinstead, West Sussex. We predominantly specialise in the manufacture of flashings, gutters, trims and ancillaries for the roofing and cladding industry, however, we are able to carry out many other forms of sheet metal work.

FLASHINGS & TRIMS
Whilst they are often regarded as a basic commodity it should be remembered that they can also be an architectural feature of the building.

We understand that it is not always possible to know the exact dimensions of flashings until the building is almost complete and therefore the flashings are required on site at short notice.

We will always try manufacture flashings within a few days, however, this can be quicker subject to prior notice and current work load.

BESPOKE GUTTERS
We can manufacture a range of gutters to your specifications. These are predominately used on industrial and agricultural buildings but can sometimes be used on smaller domestic projects.

FLAT SHEETS
At SEFAB we hold over 100 ton of flat sheets in stock at all time. Our range of flat sheets include the following:

• Plastic coated (Leathergrain and HPS), 0.7mm thick Tata manufactured
• Plastic coated (Leathergrain), 0.7mm thick Arcellor manufactured
• Polyester coated, 0.5 and 0.7mm thick Tata manufactured
• Prisma coated, 0.7mm thick, Tata manufactured
• Spectrum coated, 0.7mm thick, Arcellor manufactured
• White liner, 0.7mm thick Tata manufactured
• 0.5, 0.7, 0.9, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0mm thick galvanised, plain mill finish
• 0.7, 0.9, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0,3.0 and 4.0mm thick aluminium, plain mill finish
• 2.0 and 3.0mm thick CR4 mild steel
• various thicknesses and finishes of stainless steel

POWDER COATING

Powder coating is a dry powder paint, applied electrostatically to the product, then baked/cured in an oven.

When the product reaches a temperature of about 200oC the dry powder particles melt, then merge and cures to a hard, uniform finish.

This finish is tougher, more scratch resistant than conventional wet paint.

Powder coating can be applied to most metals including steel, aluminium, cast and wrought iron to virtually any RAL number.
