Dealing with “Alexander Maltby” was similar to playing mind games in a toxic relationship full of lies and excuses.It seemed in the beginning that we are successfully building friendly relationships but we were very wrong. It was agreed that the project length is 6 months but it turned out to be 18 with all associated costs. The disagreement we had about that “LAD” clause in the contract, that we suspected is used to drain subcontractors of their money turned out to be the truth. We agreed with "alexander maltby" that the LAD clause will be removed from the contract and a new contract will be issued. At the end no new contract was issued and we continued to do our job and "build trusted friendly relationships". Since the very first payment till last me & my team had to constantly beg for the money. The scheme was exactly the same with all the payments: delays, accountant on holidays, routine fraud checks . Numerous times the site was not ready on the scheduled date and we continuously had to leave and wait for weeks till they prepared it. Due to the site team being unable to provide a site in scheduled time resulted in us being unable to finish our scheduled installation.  Extremely unhappy client with "alexander maltby" performance was unable to move in scheduled date for months having to pay for his storage and accommodations. As a result, the project was massively delayed and we had to accept a 10k loss because the LAD clause section hadnt been removed from the contract as initially agreed . Huge lesson for us. For those who are reading this, dont try to build friendly relationships with "alexander maltby" and be ready for huge delays and constant lies.
